  1. 1. Independent Identity & Brand Affiliation

    • No Affiliation: The Pocket Sillage is an entirely independent entity. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the original designers, manufacturers, or trademark owners of the perfumes we rebottle.

    • Product Sourcing & Decanting: All luxury perfumes offered in our decant selection are genuine products purchased legally from authorized retailers or distributors. We independently decant the original fragrance into our own custom, sterile packaging.

    • Trademarks: All brand names, product names, and trademarks mentioned on our website remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their use on our platform is solely for the purpose of accurately identifying the fragrance being decanted.

    2. 2. Products and Descriptions

    • We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, imagery, and volume sizes.

    • Because decants are hand-poured into smaller atomizers, slight variances in fill levels may occur, but we always guarantee the exact milliliter (ml) volume ordered.

    3. 3. Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy

    Due to the hygiene, sanitary, and perishable nature of fragrance products, as well as the custom hand-poured nature of decants:

    • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

    • Scent Preference: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you do not like the scent you purchased. The core purpose of a decant is to allow you to test a fragrance before committing to a full bottle.

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement if applicable.

    4. 4. Shipping and Delivery

    • The Pocket Sillage is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, it is considered the property and responsibility of the buyer.

    5. 5. Limitation of Liability

    • The Pocket Sillage shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or adverse skin effects resulting from the use of the products we sell. We highly recommend performing a small patch test before full application.

    • Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for that specific product.

    6. 6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

    By finalizing your purchase with The Pocket Sillage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, specifically noting our independent brand status and our no-return policy.
